while I was an Au Pair in Spain my host said to me: Oliwia, get ready!
In 20 minutes (130 km from Barcelona; only by car) we’ll be in the most colorful place
in Catalunya! He was right! We entered a small village full of murals. In Penelles live approx.500 habitants. There, few years ago started a festival Gargar that invites the street artist to the village.
They have some sort of a contest, the best mural wins.
That’s way the village is full of numerous vivid murals. I was shocked that the whole village could be so surprising. Soon there won’t be any plain space left!
